Brewzyme-D helps eliminate the risk of diacetyl formation during fermentation. When added with your yeast pitch, it converts alpha-acetolactate into acetoin—bypassing the formation of diacetyl altogether. This shortens maturation time (by up to two weeks in lagers) and improves overall beer quality.
Usage Directions:
- Use 10 mL per 5 gallons (20 L)
- Add during yeast pitch or alongside dry hopping
