Shipping Policy

Fast Shipping Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays. We work hard to get your order out promptly.

Shipping Promotions Enjoy shipping promotions tailored to the items in your cart and the province selected at checkout. Discounts and eligibility vary based on the combination of products and location-specific promotions.

Shipping Partners We ship with Canada Post, Purolator, and other reliable carriers. At checkout, you will see available shipping options listed by carrier name to help you make an informed choice.

Shipping & Order Confirmation After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If a trackable shipping method is selected, a tracking email will follow once your package ships. Some promotional shipping options may not include tracking. Be sure to check your inbox (and junk/spam folder) and save these emails for your records.

Returns Not completely satisfied? You can return your items within 30 days from the original shipment date. Returned items must be in their original condition. Ingredients are not eligible for return. For detailed instructions, please refer to our return policy.

“Out of Stock” Items If an item can be added to your cart, it’s in stock and ready to ship! If not, the item is currently unavailable. Check back soon!

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, destination, and selected carrier.

  • We currently ship to locations in Canada only, excluding the northern provinces and territories.

Refund policy

Return Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to ensure a positive shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return the unused product along with your order receipt within 30 days of the original shipment date.

  • Important: Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Contact our team directly for assistance to make the process as smooth and easy as possible.

  • Exclusions: Gift cards and ingredients are not eligible for return.

Refund Process

After inspecting your returned item, we will email you at the address used during checkout with the status of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your credit card provider.

Damaged or Defective Items
