This custom made weldless compression bulkhead is made out of 304 stainless steel that can be used to install a 3/8" OD hose barb into any kettle or keggle. The forward locknut is permanently welded to the assembly for a solid point to screw the bulkhead into place and to minimize leakage.
This product uses a 1 1/8" nipple. The total length of the bulkhead is 2 1/4". The Maximum wall thickness is 5/8". This requires a 7/8" hole to install.
