Ss Brewtech Chronical 2.0 Fermenter - 1/2 BBL

This Half Barrel (17 Gal) 2.0 Chronical is constructed using high-quality 304 Stainless Steel and has a capacity of 17 gallons (plus an extra 1.3 gallons in the lid). This fermenter is perfect for individuals in search of a next-generation 17-gallon chronical fermenter. It features Tri-Clover connections and valves, making it easier to clean and more sanitary.

A notable new addition is the 3/4" Tri-Clover Sampling Port and Valve, which is based on Ss Brewtech's "Pure Flow" Sanitary Technology. Another major improvement is the upgraded lid, which now includes the Unitank lid-mounted cooling coil system instead of the side-mounted weldless cooling coil and ports found in the Ss Brewtech BME Chronicals.

These 2.0 Chronicals have been designed to incorporate highly requested improvements while retaining the core features that made the Ss Brewtech Chronicals so popular. They still come with a full-width lid, a pro-inspired 60° cone, and a bottom dump port. Additionally, each 2.0 Chronical includes the popular neoprene jacket that was previously available only with the BrewMaster Editions. This means that every 2.0 Chronical is equipped with a lid-mounted coil and a neoprene jacket.

Compared to our other fermenters, this model is ideal for brewing medium-sized batches. It also boasts a polished finish that adds a visually stunning touch to any setup.
