The Stainless Steel 1/4" FFL x 1/4" Barbed Elbow is an excellent way to connect a 1/4" MFL connection to 1/4"ID tubing. This elbow is made out of strong 304 stainless steel making it durable and sanitary while allowing for transfer of liquids. It allows you to connect it to any 1/4" male flare thread.
For any metal to metal connections, a flare fitting washer is required.
