This is a food grade plastic spoon which can tolerate contact with boiling temperatures (heat resistant to 360°F). The smaller end can fit into carboy necks for stirring.
A great spoon for use with plastic fermenters and bottling buckets as this will not scratch them. Also a good length for our 5, 8 and 9 gallon brew pots.
