Five Star PBW Tablets (10 g - 12 CT)

PBW is an alkaline detergent that serves as a superior alternative to harsh caustic soda cleaners. Specially designed as a C.I.P. cleaner, it is highly effective in eliminating protein residues commonly found on brew kettles, fermenters, conditioning tanks, and filters.

Thanks to its unique blend of buffers and gentle alkalis, it is gentle on both skin and delicate materials like stainless steel, aluminum, and plastics. It performs well across a wide range of temperatures and is equally effective in hard and soft water.

Instructions for Use:

• Fill the container with water ranging from 37.8° C (100° F) to 71° C (160° F)
• Add 1 tablet per gallon of water when cleaning kegs, fermenters, carboys, and other equipment
• Allow the tablet to fully dissolve in the water
• Soak the equipment for 15-30 minutes, extending the duration for heavier soil loads. Use a brush if necessary to assist in removing stubborn stains
• Rinse thoroughly with water at the same temperature as the cleaning solution
• Environmentally friendly, biodegradable, and safe for septic systems
