Pathfinder's TY-Pure Turbo Yeast is a low-congener, non-diastatic active dried yeast formulated for clean, neutral fermentations. It produces minimal fusel oils, esters, and other fermentation by-products, keeping flavour and aroma contributions to the end product to an absolute minimum. Combined with a complete, chemically-defined nutrient complex, TY-Pure is optimised for neutral character sugar wash fermentations up to approximately 14% ABV, making it ideal for producing clean, neutral alcohol bases for hard seltzers, flavoured malt beverages (FMBs), hard sodas, and as an alcohol wash for spirit distillation.
