Soak oak in your beer or wine to give it an woody, oakey flavour and aroma.
Spirals have a greater surface area than sticks, so they'll impart more flavour, quicker than a stick.
They come in a variety of roasts and two different types of oak, French Oak or American White Oak. These spirals are made of American White Oak, Heavy Toasted.
The flavour will be fully extracted within 6 weeks, or you can remove it sooner for less flavour.
Use 1 spiral per 3 gallons of beer or wine, or break them apart according to your preference.
