This Multi-Gas Regulator Assembly is designed for servicing and repairing MK5 regulators. Its tool-free design allows maintenance to be carried out without the need for a vice or specialized equipment. The regulator can be easily disassembled by loosening the section beneath the adjustment knob, which features an M8 hex (allen key) head, making it simple to clean the regulator if contaminants enter the system.

The updated seat cap is manufactured from ultra high molecular polyethylene, making it far more resistant to wear under demanding use such as force carbonating. As the seat cap moves during pressure regulation, this material is less likely to scratch or generate brass particles, helping prevent internal contamination and reducing the risk of pressure creep further down the line.
