Rahr To Thee! Pilsner Malt - Rahr - 1lb Specialty Malt

Rahr To Thee! is a low-colour pilsner base malt produced in Alix, Alberta using Canadian-grown barley. Designed for brewing pale, crisp beers, it provides a clean malt foundation that allows hop and yeast character to take the forefront.

This malt features low colour and low modification, making it well suited for classic continental lagers, modern craft lagers, and other clean lager styles. It also performs exceptionally well as a base malt for light-coloured, hop-forward beers such as West Coast IPAs. It delivers subtle notes of grain, dough, light bread, and sweet cereal with a gentle nutty character, creating a balanced and versatile base for a wide range of beer styles.

For use in Pilsners and Lagers.
