Installing a Foam on Beer Detector (FOBS) into your system helps to reduce beer waste. A FOB works by stopping the beer flow immediately when the keg empties. Doing this ensures that the beer lines remain full of beer, instead of foam.
Having the lines full at all times eliminates the need to refill the lines and purge your system when tapping another keg. It's designed to be used with 3/8" OD (9.5mm) Push In hardware.
Please Note: FOBS are best used in pubs or breweries, they are NOT needed on shorter setups such as with kegerators.
