This FermZilla Tri-Clover Conical Fermenter features the all-new Easy-Grip design, giving you all the advantages of a conical fermenter. With its 3" butterfly valve and 600mL collection container, you can easily dump trub, harvest yeast, and with the addition of a CO2 cylinder and regulator, carbonate and serve all from the same vessel.

Built from highly specialized PET-grade plastic using advanced injection/blow moulding technology, this fermenter is pressure rated to 2.4 Bar (34.8 PSI). The crystal-clear body gives you a full view of the interior, so you can watch fermentation progress from start to finish. Pressure fermentation also helps reduce ester and fusel alcohol production, resulting in a cleaner finished beer with the ability to perform closed pressure transfers with minimal oxygen exposure.

This kit comes with everything you need to start pressure fermenting straight out of the box. Included as standard are the new Easy-Grip Threaded Lid Ring, an Integrated Gauge BlowTie Spunding Valve, Ball Lock Carbonation Caps, a Floating Dip Tube Kit with Weighted Filter, and a 600mL Collection Container with 3" Tri-Clover butterfly valve assembly.

Key NEW Features:

• Easy-Grip Threaded Lid Ring - A redesigned ring that makes tightening, loosening, and removing the lid significantly easier. It also doubles as a handy tool for undoing carbonation caps without needing any additional equipment.
• Integrated Gauge BlowTie Spunding Valve (0-15 PSI) - Allows you to ferment under pressure safely and with precision, right out of the box.
• Floating Dip Tube with Weighted Mesh Filter - Draws liquid from just below the surface, ensuring the clearest possible pour right down to the last drop.
• Red & Yellow Carbonation Caps - Color-coded ball lock caps for easy identification: Red for Gas In, Yellow for Liquid Out.

These fermenters come with all the improvements that were present with the Gen 3 Series FermZillas:

• Fully 3" Tri-Clover Compatible - All connections on this are 3" tri-clover connections, eliminating the old harvest adapter and the 2" dump valve connection on the Gen 3.
• Redesigned Collection Container - Attaches directly to the dump valve. This reduces the amount of threaded connections on your system, streamlining and making it far more sanitary and easy to use.
• Larger Dump Valve - 3" tri-clover butterfly dump valve is more resistant to clogs from larger amounts of trub
• Larger Opening - 4 3/4" Top port allows for easier cleaning and access to the interior of the vessel
• Less Headspace - More appropriately sized for traditional 5 gallon batches. This new size makes purging the headspace of oxygen far easier and more effective.
