FermFast Fruit Turbo Yeast when used with a mix of fruit and other sugars, ferments up to 18% ABV.

Use pectic enzyme to remove haze if you plan to drink it right away without distilling.

Contains yeast, yeast nutrient, an anti-foaming agent, and yeast vitamins and minerals.
