How to Use:
- Use 1 gram per 5 gallons of wort
- For larger batches: 5 grams per 1 barrel
- For hard seltzer or sugar-only fermentations: double the dose and add 180 ppm of FAN (free amino nitrogen)
- Add at the end of the boil, before chilling
- Store below 30ºC (86ºF)
