This Duotight Mini CO2 Regulator is precision-machined from anodized aluminum for durability and long-term performance. It features an integrated 6.35mm Duotight fitting, enabling fast, reliable connections to compatible gas fittings and accessories. For a simple keg setup, pair it with the Kegland Duotight (Push-In) Ball Lock Gas Disconnect - 1/4" (6.35mm) for a hassle-free connection.
To protect the regulator from liquid backflow particularly when kegs are full or under excess pressure an inline check valve and a short section of tubing are recommended. The regulator is capped at 30 PSI to prevent over-carbonation or excessive keg pressure, while the gauge reads up to 60 PSI to account for temporary pressure increases due to heat or expansion.
Duotight fittings are designed to work by simply pushing in the compatible tubing.
Inside each fitting are dual EPDM o-rings that provide superior sealing capacity due to having twice the sealing surface area when compared to other push in fittings. This makes Duotight fittings even more reliable and significantly reduces the chance of a leak.
For optimal performance it is recommended that when cutting your tubing it is cut straight, not on an angle, this helps to ensure a complete seal.
Please Note: Once liquid enters the regulator, its function will be compromised. Avoid overfilling or tipping your kegs when gas is depleted to maintain regulator performance.
