DistilaVite HY is a yeast nutrient developed specifically for grain-based beverage alcohol fermentations. It combines a proprietary trace mineral blend with natural enzymes - including proteolytic activities - to unlock nutrients from the mash itself. By releasing assimilable nitrogen and other essential cofactors during fermentation, it helps yeast perform vigorously and consistently in whisky, bourbon, and other grain spirit production.

This product is supplied in sealed packaging for use in distillery fermentations. Once opened, transfer any unused portion to a sealed container and store it in a cool, dry area below 15°C to preserve activity, reduce the risk of contamination, and maintain consistent performance throughout its shelf life.
