This Alkaline Brewery Wash breaks down tough soils without harming your brewing equipment. It can be used with hot or cold water and even removes labels with ease. Use 1 oz per gallon of water for fermenters, fittings, bottles, and tubing, and 2 oz per gallon of water for brew kettles. Spray or immerse surfaces, let it sit for 5-20 minutes to loosen grit and soil, then rinse with clean water and sanitize. Note: Not for use with aluminum.
