This Bayou Classic Stock Pot Set is the latest offering from Bayou Classic, it is made of 20 gauge stainless steel and it's total volume is 10 (US) gallons (37.9L, 40 Quart). It is primarily designed for cooking but can be used for brewing as well.

The interior of the pot features graduated markings, as well as a uniquely designed top that is indented to account for the included basket.

This set comes with a stock pot, vented domed lid, perforated basket, heat shield, spigot, and installation hardware.
