Stockpot with Lid and Basket is the latest offering from Bayou Classic, it is made of 20 gauge stainless steel and it's total volume is 30.5 (US) gallons (115.5L, 122 Quart). This stockpot comes equipped with a sturdy domed lid and a removable basket that has a handle for easy removal. The aforementioned basket is made of 22 gauge stainless steel and has a helper handle to assist in handling the basket. In addition this kettle has a beautiful stainless steel finish.
