ABC Crafted Series Acid Blend contains 8.82 oz (250g) of a granulated blend of the 3 most commonly found fruit acids: citric acid, malic acid, and tartaric acid. This product is for when you want (or need) to raise the acidity level of your wine in order to produce a sharp taste.
