The V-bottom keep the oil temperature low towards the bottom, ensuring your batter does not burn and the oil stays clean. This 9 gallon fryer is our largest available fryer, making it great for larger gatherings. It also comes with a solid cart with an integrated side shelf, locking casters, and propane tank holder.
New to this deep fryer is the fully integrated fryer cart that makes it easy to safely move your 4 Gallon Bayou Fryer when it's full of oil. This convenient cart has a propane tank slot allowing you to move your entire deep frying setup at a moments notice.
