This 10-quart fry pot is handcrafted by artisans of Lourdes, El Salvador. It starts as a flat disk of 99% pure aluminum spinning on lathes, fry pots and boilers are turned and manually formed into shape; then hand trimmed and polished to enduring standards not found in modern, mass-produced items.

This Bayou Classic 10 Quart aluminum fry pot also includes a perforated fry basket. The basket is removable so the pot can be used for other cooking methods such as boiling.
