Ultra-Ferm - WLN 4100 - 10 ml
Ultra Ferm is used to break down starches and dextrins to fermentable glucose.
Normally brewing only permits 75 - 80% of this breakdown, however with the use of this product 100% of the dextrins from all starches are broken down.
Production of ethanol is faster and the yield is higher. Recommended saccharification temperature is 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
