Why 304 Instead of 303?
303 is designed for and should only be used for low PH beers. High PH beverages like wines, ciders and sours will react with 303 and cause off flavours like sulphur (burnt matches). By using the 304SS body this faucet is safe for use on any beverage without contamination.
