This Sodium Hydroxide (0.2N) solution comes in a 4 oz jar. Used for testing or adjusting the acidity levels of wines, it is a basic solution which neutralizes acids, lowering the overall acid level. Sodium hydroxide can also be used for cleaning beer or wine equipment, as a caustic cleaner.
