This yeast is known to ferment at temperatures as low as 59F or 15C.
|Features:||QA23 is a very versatile wine yeast. Should your room temperature reach 15°C it will still ferment well. But, the optimal temperature to produce the best flavoured red wine is around 20-30°C. If you are making a white wine the best temperature range for preservation of flavour and aroma is 7-16°C.|
