Vienna Malt - Swaen - 1lb
This malt produces a wonderfully golden beer with a full-bodied flavour. It also adds a hint of toffee aroma to the brew. If you are brewing a pilsner beer, use 10 - 30% in the mash. For an amber beer 60 - 90% can be used. Vienna malt is a great base malt because it has a high potential for enzymatic starch conversion.
