Use this digital probe thermometer to monitor temperatures during your mash or boil, or to keep track of your fermenter's temperature.
The probe is stainless steel, so it is durable and sanitary, as well as easy to clean. It is attached to a 40" oven-safe cord, for measuring temperature at a distance.
The body of the thermometer can be mounted magnetically, or can stand on its own on the included kickstand.
Measurement ranges from 32 to 392°F, or 0 to 200°C, and the thermometer can be programmed to alert you at a certain temperature.
