Briess Pilsen Light Liquid Malt Extract (LME) Syrup is the lightest-coloured 100% malted barley extract available, 1.5 - 3.0° L. Use Light Pilsen Liquid Malt Extract Syrup to produce a very crisp and clear wort. Produces subtle malty flavours and is suited as an excellent base malt for many styles. Try it in any brew that requires a very light colour, especially German and American lagers, or a variety of Belgian ales. Made from 100% malted barley extract and water.
