The Bayou Classic 18" Reversible Griddle is the perfect outdoor cooking companion. On one side you will find a flat griddle that's excellent for eggs, fajitas, pancakes, and bacon. Whereas on the reverse side you will find a steak griddle which is great for steak, chicken, fish, and vegetables.
