Beta Glucanase Enzyme is typically used during mashing or fermentation due to it's tolerance to a wide range of pH and temperatures. It is a unique complex that catalyzes the breakdown of barley and malt beta-glucans.

When used it will reduce wort viscosity, improve solid/liquid separation, lautering, and filtration. Especially useful when malt quality is variable or under modified, also useful when barley is used as an adjunct.

Usage Directions:
  • Use 2 - 3 grams per 5 gallon batch
