Fast Shipping

Most orders ship with 1-4 business days of receiving your order. If there any issues with your order we will contact you right away via email or phone. Orders received over the weekend or on Canadian and or Ontario statutory holidays will be processed within the following one or two business days. Shipping times depend on your geographical location in Canada, but regardless, FAST shipping is our top priority.

Shipping Promotion for Orders Over $150

Orders over $150 qualify for our shipping promotion! Just add your items to your cart, and your shipping will be discounted. Orders placed to the west of Ontario will be charged a surcharge of $4.99, and some remote regions may not qualify for the shipping promotion.

Free Return Shipping

If you find you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return your item/order within 30 days from the original date of shipment, with the return shipping paid by us. You will then receive a full refund or exchange. See our return policy for details.

Shipping & Order Confirmation

Shortly after placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received your order. You’ll receive a second email when your order has shipped. Please save these emails for your records.

We Ship With Canada Post

We use Canada Post Expedited Parcel as our preferred method of shipping all of our products. Expedited orders are always sent with a tracking number so you can trace the progress of your shipment at any time by clicking on the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email or by visiting www.canadapost.ca and selecting the “tracking” option and then entering your provided tracking number.

"Out of Stock" Items

If you encounter an item marked “Out of Stock”, it means that product has been sold out, but is on order and is expected on an upcoming shipment. Contact us at BarleyBeaver@gmail.com or use our chat feature (during regular business hours) if you would like to know when this item will be back in stock or if you need advice on finding a substitution.
