Stainless Steel Tri-Clover Steam Condenser Assembly - 1.5" TC

The Steam Condenser Assembly is constructed from 304 stainless steel and food-grade silicone. All the included parts are either Tri-Clover or NPT, allowing for easy assembly and disassembly for quick cleaning and system modifications. Its purpose is to facilitate the efficient collection of moisture during the brewing process. This is especially crucial in electric brewing systems that are stored indoors or in confined spaces.

Installation Instructions:

1. Drill a 41mm hole into the side of your brew kettle. It should be installed on the top side of your kettle.
2. Mount the Steam Condenser.
3. Connect a cold water supply to the condenser. To optimize the boil-off rate and enhance the misting nozzle's performance, we recommend using a 12V circulation pump.
4. Attach a drain tube for the hot waste water.
