These quick disconnect nipples feature an integrated bulkhead, allowing for a wide range of installation options. The forward locknut is permanently welded to the assembly, ensuring a secure fit for the bulkhead and minimizing any potential leakage. The maximum wall thickness is 1/4" and a 5/8" hole is required for proper installation.

For hassle-free installation, simply insert the quick disconnect fitting into the gas line. This eliminates the need for any tools when disconnecting from the gas source. To disconnect, just press the spring-loaded disconnect tab on the female side, and the connection will separate, shutting off the gas flow.

The nipple is equipped with a 1/4" OD barb at the end, allowing for easy connectivity to any tubing with a 3/16" or 1/4" ID.
