Still Spirits Top Shelf Cream Liqueur Base provides the ideal final thickness and sweetness for cream liqueurs. Add 250 ml of warm water to a large mixing jug, then slowly stir in the contents while whisking thoroughly. Add the specified amount of alcohol from the essence bottle and top up with water to a total volume of 1.125 L (40 oz).
