Bitter Orange Peels offer a herbal and citrusy flavour and aroma to your brew. Traditionally it has been used in Belgian Wits, Grand Cru's and Holiday Ales, but it can be used in any beer that you think could use some citrus punch!
Usage Directions:
  • Use 1 ounce per 5 gallon batch
  • Add during the last 2 - 5 minutes of the boil
