Heather Tips were used in the days prior to hops to impart both a pleasant aroma and also a smooth bitterness to a beer. But heather tips are making a comeback on the brewing scene. Typically used in Scottish ales.

Complements well with honey and/or sweet gale. Also can make a great tea!
Usage Directions:
  • Use 2 oz at the beginning of the boil for best results
