Coriander contributes a spicy, slightly lemony flavour and aroma to beer. Finely crushed, these seeds are generally added at the end of the boil for spiced beers, particularly Witbier and other Belgian-style ales.
Usage Directions:
  • Use 1/2 to 1 ounce per 5 gallon batch in the last 2 - 5 minutes of the boil
