Natural Pecan flavouring for use in wines, ciders and homebrew. Add this extract to your beer or wine to imbue it with delicious pecan flavours.

Pecans can add oil to the brew if you use the actual nut, which would affect head retention. For this reason the extract makes it easy, and will not affect head retention.
