This American wheat malt is made from hard red winter wheat and has a slightly fuller, richer taste than normal wheat malt. Machine packaged in food-grade 1LB bags for consistent portioning and clean handling.

- Lovibond: 2.3°
- Use up to 5% to improve body and significantly enhance head retention
- 10 - 20% for Kolsch
- 30 - 40% for use with Raw wheat or what flakes in traditional Belgian Wit-style beers. Common usage rate in Wheat-style beers
- Max 50% in batch
