This American wheat malt is made from hard red winter wheat and has a slightly fuller, richer taste than normal wheat malt.

Specifications:
  • EBC: 4.6
  • Lovibond: 2.3°
  • Use up to 5% to improve body and significantly enhance head retention
  • 10 - 20% for Kolsch
  • 30 - 40% for use with Raw wheat or what flakes in traditional Belgian Wit-style beers. Common usage rate in Wheat-style beers
  • Max 50% in batch
