Rahr's pilsner malt is a North American lager-style base malt that is produced using high-quality 2-row barley. It is light in colour and has a neutral flavour. This particular malt is a great choice to use as a base malt for all types of beer. It helps make the flavour of specialty malts more pronounced. Excellent for use with pilsners, and clear clean tasting lagers.

For use in Pilsners and Lagers.
