Golden Promise Malt. A traditional variety of barley typically grown in Scotland. This is a base malt that is a must for authentic Scottish ales. It is also versatile in that it also works well in many English and American ales. Golden Promise produces a slightly sweet, mellow wort with a clean flavour.
