LalBrew WIT Belgian Wit-Style Ale Yeast - Premium Dry Yeast (11 g)
✅ In Stock
Originating in Belgium, Wit-Style ale yeast has lower ester and phenol production than traditional hefeweizen strains such as LalBrew Munich Classic. Being a relatively neutral strain makes it great for a wide variety of wheat beer styles. The baseline profile of banana and spice aromas leaves space for the addition of more prominent spices typically found in Belgian-Style beers.
Traditional used to brew Belgian Witbier, American Wheat, Berliner Weiss, Gose, Hefeweizen, Dunkelweis, and Weizenbock.
Wit-Style Ale Yeast is best used at a fermentation temperature range between 17-22°C.
