These Campden Tablets (1 oz) contain approximately 50 tablets (measured by weight). Tablet form makes it convenient and takes the guesswork out of measuring. Sodium Metabisulfite (SMS) prevents wild yeast, bacteria growth and oxidation in your beer or wine. Also can work as a sanitizer for your equipment.

- Use 1 tablet per gallon to add 75 ppm free SO2 (pH dependent)
