German Oktoberfest Recipe Kit

This recipe kit creates an amber-colored, medium-bodied beer with a malty flavour and a hoppy finish. Based on a German recipe, it uses Munich malt to give the brew a distinctly German flavour. Brew it in spring and enjoy it in the fall—it's Oktoberfestbier! The kit uses lager yeast, so it can be fermented and stored at cool to cold temperatures. As this is a recipe kit it does not contain alcohol, it includes ingredients required to brew your own flavourful and authentic Oktoberfest-style beer.
