This Tri-Clover Cap is made out of 304 Stainless Steel and is designed to allow the conversion of vessels into pressure rated fermenters. The lid has a built in orange pressure relief valve (1.2 BAR, 17 PSI) as well as an accurately machined gas ball lock post. In order to use this lid with a 3" TC flange you will need a 3" TC gasket and a TC Clamp. It is ideally suited for fermenting under pressure allowing the use of a spunding valve/adjustable pressure relief valve to naturally carbonate during primary fermentation.
