This Duotight Solenoid Valve is incredibly versatile and is made out of POM Engineering Plastic and durable Metal, ensuring long-lasting performance. Its direct-acting mechanism allows it to operate effectively at 0 pressure, making it ideal for managing CO2 flow or other low-pressure gases. With its ability to function at zero pressure, this solenoid valve stands out as a practical solution for controlling low-pressure gas flow with precision.
Commonly used in water filtration and reverse osmosis systems, it offers reliability and adaptability for various applications.
These fittings are designed to work by simply pushing in the compatible 1/4" OD (6.35mm) Polyethylene Tubing. Inside each fitting are dual EPDM o-rings that provide superior sealing capacity due to having twice the sealing surface area than other push-in fittings. This makes Duotight fittings even more reliable and significantly reduces the chance of a leak.
For optimal performance, it is recommended that it is cut straight when cutting your tubing, not on an angle; this helps to ensure a complete seal.
