The Nukatap Black Mini Beer Faucet incorporates all the groundbreaking features of the Nukatap series within a smaller more compact design. Ideal for portable systems or homebrew kegging setups, its reduced flow rate enhances flow control and minimizes foaming issues, particularly beneficial when dispensing cocktails typically served in smaller quantities, ranging from 150 to 250ml.
Unique to Nukatap Mini Faucets is their POK (Aliphatic Polyketone) body, ensuring strength, durability, and autoclavability. The over-molded Santoprene seals contribute to their hard-wearing nature, offering a lasting, bacteria-resistant solution.
When connected to a Mini Wall Mount Shank the beer line feeds directly to the back of the beer faucet, reducing the exposure of non-refrigerated beer. The faucets also feature an easily removable threaded spout, providing greater versatility compared to standard Nukatap beer faucets thanks to their compatibility with standard 1/4" FFL fittings. Whether opting for a stout spout or any 1/4" FFL hardware, the options are limitless!
Traditional beer faucets typically use a rear sealing design, leading to beer drainage and the accumulation of bacteria and wild yeast due to a vent hole drilled into the front of the tap. However, with the innovative Nukatap design concerns about this issue are eliminated. The forward-sealing design ensures the flow is shut off at the front of the faucet, safeguarding your beer from harmful bacteria and wild yeast thereby preserving its quality.
It is highly recommended that a Nukatap Mini Self-Closing Spring is used with this faucet.
