Made out of plastic, this carbonation cap is yellow in colour and will last years of use with virtually no maintenance. Aside from the color it is the same as the ones found in the FermZilla Pressure Kit. This is a screw-on cap with an integrated Cornelius ball lock fitting and is designed to fit most soft drink PET bottles. The carbonation cap is a highly effective method to add and maintain carbonation in beverages for extended periods of time. Can be used with both gas and liquid. With the cap, you can simply fill any old PET bottle with cold liquid of your choice and carbonate by connecting a ball lock disconnect.
It is meant to be used with duotight fittings which are designed to work by simply pushing in the compatible tubing. Compatible with 1/4" OD (6.35mm) push-in hardware.
